The Amityville House (Print)

$17.99

This artwork is inspired by one of the most infamous haunted homes in American history, the legendary Amityville Horror House.

In November of 1974, Ronald DeFeo Jr. murdered his parents and 4 siblings as they slept. He said that he heard voices in the house telling him to commit the heinous act. One year later, the Lutz family moved into the home and reported a terrifying series of paranormal events that would make the house a permanent fixture in supernatural history. The case was later investigated and documented by renowned paranormal researchers Ed Warren and Lorraine Warren, whose work helped bring the story to the world’s attention. Lorraine was quoted saying, "This is as close to hell as I ever want to get."

Reported paranormal activity associated with the house includes:

  • Doors slamming and locking on their own

  • Disembodied voices and growling sounds

  • Sudden drops in temperature

  • Foul, sulfur-like odors

  • Shadow figures and glowing red eyes

  • Physical sensations of being watched or touched

Your print is produced on museum-quality Hahnemühle watercolor paper, prized for its richly textured surface, archival quality, and exceptional detail.
